Webb10 aug. 2012 · 4. Essentially, if you are a “walk in” customer, there is no free refill. You cannot walk in and get a “refill” priced brewed coffee, iced coffee, or iced tea. You have to have already stayed in the store drinking your first beverage. Just as an aside, the “Free Refill” benefit might be my least favorite perk.
