Smart bro pocket wifi not turning on

WebI just got a pocket wifi device for Smart, the Evoluzn PR4. The two available right now is this PR4, or a ZTE model, and I chose the PR4. I know there's a Green Packet MQ-725 that's supposed to be better, but it's not available right now. It's just for backup purposes. I have PLDT fibr that's pretty reliable, but this is for occasional outages.
